Since 1999, Brookford Farm has been committed to bringing life back to the land and offering simple, nutrient-dense foods that are the building blocks for well-being. Founded by Luke and Catarina Mahoney, this Canterbury, New Hampshire farm began with a passion for sustainable farming after the couple first met on a farm in Russia where they learned everything they could about sustainable agriculture. After years of learning and farming, they put down roots in New Hampshire and built Brookford Farm on a piece of land that just felt right.
What started as a dream has grown into a community-supported hub specializing in 100% grass-fed A2 A2 dairy and raw milk, 100% grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork, eggs and chicken, certified organic vegetables, krauts, aged meats and more. The farm operates on over 35 acres where they grow more than 40 varieties of certified organic vegetables and fruits. Their heritage pigs root through pastures and feast on leftovers from their fields and creamery, while their hens thrive on non-GMO feed, open pastures, and plenty of sunshine.
Brookford Farm's mission is simple: steward the land, honor nature's rhythms, and bring life back to the soil, the farm, and the food they share. Their values are embedded in everything they do, focusing on accessibility as a one-stop shop, diversity as land stewards building vitality on their farm, authenticity in doing things the right way for the right reasons, and health through listening to nature. The Mahoneys started Brookford Farm because they love this work and want to feed their own family and their community with real food, grown with care.
