Hackleboro Orchards is a 45-acre father-and-son operated fruit and vegetable farm in Canterbury, New Hampshire, run by Harry Weiser and family. The orchard has been growing for over 32 years and sits atop a hill with a stunning 50-mile-plus view from its view deck, making it one of the most scenic pick-your-own destinations in central New Hampshire.
The orchard grows nine varieties of apples for pick-your-own, including McIntosh, Cortland, Empire, Puritan, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Paula Red, Honeycrisp, and Northern Spy. Visitors can also pick their own blueberries, strawberries, and peaches in season. The farm market carries fresh-baked apple pies, apple cobblers, homemade cider, honey and honeycomb, maple products, jams and jellies, pickles, pumpkins, winter squash, mums, cookbooks, and a variety of New Hampshire-made products. Weekend tractor rides, farm animals, and school tours round out the experience.
