The farm has evolved significantly from its humble beginnings as primarily a dairy operation that once milked as many as 50 cows and grew only about 5 acres of vegetables. Today, the Times family cultivates over 30 acres of fresh vegetables, maintains their own bee hives for honey production, and still raises 25 acres of quality hay and straw bales.
