Mac's Maple is a small, family-owned and operated maple and dairy farm located on River Road in Plainfield, New Hampshire. The farm, known as Mac's Happy Acres, is home to both Mac's Maple and McNamara Dairy, offering a unique combination of pure New Hampshire maple syrup and fresh, glass-bottled milk from their own herd. The operation also raises a beef herd born and bred on the farm and maintains a flock of cage-free laying hens.

The maple side of the business produces 100% pure New Hampshire maple syrup in a range of grades, from the light early-season varieties to the dark, robust flavors that come later. Alongside the syrup, Mac's Maple crafts maple candy, maple cream, maple mustard, maple kettle corn, and a variety of gift items that can be customized for special occasions. The farm's bakery turns out fresh treats, and the beloved ice cream window serves maple creamees and homemade waffle cones made with their own milk and maple syrup from Mother's Day through Halloween.
