Plew Farm is a seven-generation maple sugaring operation in Mount Holly, Vermont, carrying on a tradition that began with Grandpa Hawkins, who once worked his sugar house just up the hill from the farm's present location. Today the family continues to craft their syrup on a wood-fired arch, just as in the old days. Their small-batch, hand-crafted maple syrup is boiled over a wood fire, giving it an unparalleled complexity and distinct maple richness. This commitment to quality and tradition earned them the "Best in Class" honor at the 2018 Vermont Farm Show.

The farm meticulously stewards its sugar bush, ensuring it produces the highest-quality sap while serving as a sanctuary for local wildlife. In addition to pure maple syrup, Plew Farm produces bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, maple candy, maple cream, granulated maple sugar, and maple almonds. They also carry pancake mix from The Hatchery. Products are available at the farm stand, online with shipping, and through a CSA program.
