Robinson Farm is a historic 100-acre Vermont property just five minutes from Woodstock Village. Established by the Robinson family over a century ago as a working dairy farm, the property was eventually divided when its parcels were sold separately. In recent years, the land was thoughtfully reunited by new owner Cristina and her team, restoring the farm to its original footprint. The original sugarhouse, once featured on the cover of Vermont Life in the 1960s, now produces Rue's Maple Syrup in small batches.
Today Robinson Farm operates a daily farmstand in the Big Red Barn stocked with organically grown produce, free-range eggs, homemade canned goods, honey, pickles, and seasonal items. The farm offers seven private guest rooms in the restored historic farmhouse, and two beautifully restored barns -- the grand Red Barn and intimate Yellow Barn -- serve as wedding and event venues. Private hiking trails wind through 100 acres of fields, sugar maples, and forest. Green Mountain Gumbo, a Cajun-inspired food truck created in partnership with Louisiana-born chef Jared Bourgeois, serves Southern-flavored dishes made with farm-grown ingredients.
