Rolling Bale Farm, LLC was established in 2014 by the Haigh family in the picturesque town of Shoreham, Vermont. This certified organic farm sits on 100 acres nestled between a quiet dirt road and the winding Lemon Fair River. What began as a modest operation has grown steadily each year, expanding beyond the original homestead to encompass 300 acres of grazing and haying land scattered throughout northeast Shoreham, combining family farmland with leased parcels from neighboring farmers and landowners.

The farm operates on a philosophy of sustainable agriculture, with all animals raised on pasture as part of a carefully managed rotational grazing system designed to nurture both the land and livestock. Ben, Hilary, William, Emitt, and Leland Haigh have dedicated themselves to producing exceptional meat quality from their grassfed animals, discovering that their thoughtful breed selections combined with meticulous pasture management yield tender, marbled, and flavorful meat that sets their products apart.
