Silloway Maple is a family-owned maple sugaring operation in Randolph Center, Vermont, producing pure maple syrup since 1942. Founded by Paul and Louise Silloway, the farm has been passed through generations and is currently managed by Paul Lambert and Bette Lambert, who oversee production, marketing, and agritourism. The operation taps approximately 27,000 trees across sustainably managed sugarwoods and boils sap over a traditional wood-fired arch in a solar-powered sugarhouse equipped with seventy solar panels. Silloway Maple combines time-honored sugaring traditions with modern technology like reverse osmosis to produce award-winning syrup, cream, candy, sugar, and specialty products including infused syrups and bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup. They welcome visitors year-round for free tours and tastings, and offer seasonal maple creamees. The farm also sells at the Montpelier farmers market and ships products nationwide.
