Soney Bees is a second-generation, family-run beekeeping business in Haverhill, Massachusetts, founded by Frank Valadao. One long winter back in 2016, Frank decided to take up beekeeping as a new hobby. A carpenter by trade, he built his own beehives and ordered his first two packages of bees. His son came up with the name by swapping the H in honey for an S. Almost nine years later, Soney Bees has grown into a full operation providing pollination services to local farms while producing pure, raw honey, beeswax, and propolis. Frank also offers beekeeping classes, hive inspections, swarm removal, honey extractions, and bee health treatments. Every jar, he says, represents more than just honey -- it is a continuation of a family legacy and a promise to protect the bees that make it all possible.
