Sunrise Farm has been cultivating the Vermont landscape since 2000, built from the vision and dedication of Chuck and his wife Sue, who own and operate this thriving agricultural enterprise. Located in White River Junction, the farm has grown into a cornerstone of the local food movement, serving over 400 CSA members who value fresh, organic vegetables and sustainably raised meats.

The farm operates as a collaborative effort, with Drea Emslie managing the vegetable production and playing an integral role in overall farm operations, while Megan Chapman oversees the farmstand operations and Trevor Lohr manages the livestock. This experienced team brings together diverse expertise to ensure every aspect of the farm runs smoothly, from field to table.

Beyond simply growing food, Sunrise Farm serves as a gathering place that strengthens local agriculture and brings people together to celebrate the abundance of their land. Each year, they hire additional seasonal workers to help with harvesting vegetables, moving sheep, caring for chickens, and running their CSA program, creating a vibrant community of people dedicated to sustainable farming practices and providing the freshest vegetables and meats to their neighbors.
