About the Farm

Established as Blair's Berry Farm in 1998 by Ron and Leslie Blair, Sunshine Valley Organic Berry Farm began as one of the prettiest and most accessible organic farms in the region. From its founding, the farm has maintained an unwavering commitment to organic practices and products, setting a standard for sustainable agriculture in Vermont's White River Valley.

In 2007, local couple Rob Meadows and Patricia Rydle took ownership of this gorgeous berry farm, continuing its proud tradition of independence and organic cultivation. Under their stewardship, the farm has maintained its reputation for producing beautiful, big tasty berries with the distinctive flavor that comes only from organic production. The farm's grassy lanes between rows create a picturesque setting that consistently draws admiration from visitors.

Remaining proudly independent, local, and organic, Sunshine Valley represents the values of eating locally and supporting Vermont farms. Rob and Patricia have embraced not only the beauty of the land but also the mission of providing exceptional organic produce to their community, creating a destination where visitors can enjoy both the harvest and the experience of being on a working organic farm.
