About the Farm

Sweet Autumn Farm operates with a clear and focused mission: to produce highly nutritious food by preserving and nurturing the many forms of life within and above the soil. This commitment to soil health and biodiversity forms the foundation of everything they do, reflecting a deep understanding that healthy soil creates healthy food.

The farm has established itself as a comprehensive agricultural operation, growing an impressive variety of vegetables, herbs, cut flowers, and specialty crops. From common favorites like tomatoes and lettuce to more unusual offerings like medlar fruit and elecampane herb, Sweet Autumn Farm demonstrates a commitment to both traditional and unique varieties that serve their community's diverse needs.

Operating seasonally from May through November, the farm connects directly with customers through their Saturday farm stand, which opens each year with an annual seedling sale. Beyond just growing and selling produce, Sweet Autumn Farm has expanded their impact through educational classes and the SAF Foundation, showing their dedication to sharing knowledge and supporting their broader agricultural community.
