Located on Route 15 in Jeffersonville, Vermont, The Farm Between operates as both a certified organic fruit farm and nursery, specializing in hardy and regionally appropriate fruit trees, berry bushes, and pollinator plants. The farm takes pride in propagating many of their own trees and bushes while carefully selecting additional inventory to serve their community's needs.

The Farm Between manages all plants in their care organically, with those grown on the farm for at least one year earning certified organic status. Their expertise focuses on hardy varieties suitable for Zone 4 conditions, ensuring customers receive plants well-suited to Vermont's challenging climate. The nursery operates seasonally from May through October, with plans to reopen in May 2026.

Beyond their nursery operations, The Farm Between hosts a year-round farm stand that showcases produce from their sister farm, West Farm, alongside other ultra-local products.
