About the Farm

Tributary Farm carries forward the cherished legacy of Isobel Park, who created, maintained and grew the farm for many years. Living alone into her 90s, she was beloved by many in the community and recruited neighborhood kids to help pick berries, which she sold at local farmer's markets. Her berries were rumored to be the best and would sell out before anyone else's. She passed away in January of 2020, leaving behind a remarkable agricultural heritage.

Today, Alison Huber has taken up the mantle of carrying on the farm, marking 2025 as the fourth year she will be opening the blueberry field for pick-your-own starting mid July. As an old house enthusiast and preservationist, Alison is committed to maintaining the farm's historical character while expanding its offerings. The farmer's market now features even more gifts, home decor and handcrafted items, alongside the traditional pre-picked pints available in the market.

The homestead at Tributary Farm dates back to the mid 1700s and remains incredibly preserved, with Alison planning to keep the house original. This small organic berry farm in Epping operates with a commitment to natural growing practices, using no synthetic sprays of any kind. The farm produces organically grown blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, black raspberries, black currants, red currants, gooseberries, strawberries, and grapes, all available in limited quantities as they ripen throughout the season.
