Ben hand-crafts beautiful gift boxes from lumber that is harvested and sawn right on the farm using their own sawmill, while his wife Gaetane brings her artistic vision to life by designing and creating silk screens for the artwork that adorns each box. In her spare time, she channels her creativity into making American Girl doll dresses and wedding gowns for the dolls, showcasing the diverse talents that flourish on this family operation.

The heart of their maple syrup production remains rooted in time-honored methods, with syrup still being boiled using wood in a modern state-of-the-art evaporator.
