Windy Fields Farm is a small, sustainable family farm nestled in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. This dedicated operation takes pride in providing fresh, naturally grown produce from their on-site greenhouses, combining agricultural excellence with culinary expertise to serve their local community.
The farm's culinary vision comes from James Mohan, who grew up in Center Harbor, New Hampshire, and brings professional training to the farm's kitchen operations. After graduating with a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales' College of Culinary Arts, a prestigious culinary school in Rhode Island, in 1995, Mohan honed his skills as head chef at Loves' Quay Restaurant in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
Today, Windy Fields Farm operates as both a working farm and a food service establishment, offering take-out and catering services that showcase their own produce alongside locally procured ingredients whenever possible. Their commitment to sustainability and local sourcing reflects a deep connection to their New Hampshire roots and the broader agricultural community of the region.
