Fairview Farm of East Dover is a small family-owned dairy farm in Southern Vermont, operated by David Rosso and Lindsey Brown-Rosso. The farm is located on ancestral family land and produces certified raw milk, pasture-raised meats, honey, eggs, and maple syrup using regenerative farming methods. Their raw milk is Tier 1 Certified in the State of Vermont, ensuring proper safety standards, and is unhomogenized for richer taste and natural creaminess. The farm sells to on-farm customers and works with local retailers including Blue Duck Deli in Ludlow and Farmhouse Market in Wilmington. In 2024, they received a Vermont Agency of Agriculture grant to partially finance a new barn to expand their herd, supplemented by a loan from the Vermont Community Loan Fund. Their maple syrup is produced from Brown's Sugarhouse on the property.
