Gilbertie’s Herb Gardens is a cherished Connecticut institution—one of the oldest family-run organic farms in the region, now into its fourth generation. Established in the 1920s as a cut flower farm, it has blossomed over the past century into the largest USDA Certified Organic herb grower on the East Coast.
