Heron Pond Farm is a four-season vegetable, fruit, and flower farm growing on 55 acres along Route 107A in South Hampton, New Hampshire. The farm was started in 1998 by Greg Balog and Andre Cantelmo on a small two-acre rented plot of land and has since grown into one of the most robust farm operations on the New Hampshire Seacoast, serving around 600 CSA families each summer and operating a year-round farm store.

The farm produces over 250 varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and cut flowers, with specialties including greenhouse tomatoes, more than 25 varieties of field tomatoes, sweet Italian frying peppers, new and storage potatoes, strawberries, blueberries, and melons. Heron Pond Farm also carries products from other local producers in its farm store, including meats, dairy, eggs, mushrooms, honey, cheese, and baked goods.

Heron Pond Farm is a co-founder of Three River Farmers Alliance and brings its produce to farmers markets in Portsmouth, Exeter, and Newburyport, Massachusetts, as well as winter markets in Somerville and on the Seacoast. The farm offers both summer and winter CSA programs, with pick-up locations in South Hampton, Dover, and Portsmouth.
