Walpole Valley Farms began in 2006 when Chris and Caitlin Caserta started their farming journey in the beautiful hills of southern New Hampshire. What started as simply raising a few chickens for family and friends blossomed into something much greater when they rediscovered how food was truly meant to taste. This revelation sparked their passion and defined their mission moving forward.

The farm operates on land that has been lovingly restored by Bonnie and Charles, who purchased the property in 1998 and brought it back to its present glory. Their dedication to preserving the history and character of old New England buildings created the foundation for what would become a thriving agricultural operation. The collaboration between generations has created a family enterprise where retired financial planners turned their expertise toward sustainable farming practices.

At its heart, Walpole Valley Farms is driven by a clear mission: to humanely and sustainably raise meat of the highest quality while increasing the health and vitality of the land's soil. Their commitment extends beyond just producing food to encompass natural living, food systems, and holistic land management. The farm has grown to include The Hungry Diner, a farm-to-table restaurant just five miles away, allowing them to showcase their products while serving the local community with the same values that guide their farming practices.
