Maple Syrup

About the Farm

Young Maple Ridge Sugarhouse began as a passion project in March 2000 when Brad Streeter first started sugaring in Tamworth, NH at a sugarhouse on the Behr Farm. What started as a small operation would soon grow beyond expectations, leading to the construction of their first dedicated sugarhouse in Sandwich in 2004, where all operations were consolidated under one roof.

As demand for their pure New Hampshire maple syrup continued to flourish, the business outgrew its second home by 2011. This growth necessitated the construction of a state-of-the-art sugarhouse at their current location on 301 Wing Road in North Sandwich, which commenced operations for the 2012 season. The modern facility features a wood-fired evaporator with steam away technology and reverse osmosis equipment, representing the perfect marriage of traditional maple syrup making with contemporary efficiency.

Today, Young Maple Ridge Sugarhouse operates as a true family enterprise under Brad Streeter's leadership alongside his two children, Jorja and Nolan. The operation thrives with the dedicated support of extended family members, including Brad's parents Rae and Bob Streeter who help gather sap daily, and his father-in-law John Robinson who assists with the boiling process and was instrumental in setting up the tubing lines. For the Streeter family, maple syrup production transcends mere business--it represents a cherished way of life and a commitment to continuing the tradition of producing and distributing the finest pure New Hampshire maple syrup.
